What We Do
Child Social Security Claims
Any child under 18 can be considered disabled by Social Security if he/she meets certain conditions:
-
The child must have a mental or physical condition that causes "marked or severe
functional limitations" -
The child must have a condition that is expected to last at least 12 months or result in death
-
The child's family must meet certain financial qualifications
Many attorneys do not handle disability cases for children. However, attorney Christopher Scheidler is very willing to represent children in their disability claims. Want to find out if your child may qualify? Request a free consultation!
